Cutting board made of bog oak refined with silver expocide resin
Cutting board made from 3000 year old bog oak from the Vennermoor (near Münster). The bog oak was glued in multiple layers and cracks, branches, etc. were filled with high-quality epoxy. The surfaces are very finely ground and sealed with oil. A very large and gently tapering depression is milled into the side for meat, vegetables, fish, etc. The back is straight and is ideal for bread and cuttings without juice.
